Overview
qmd indexes local files (qmd collection add, qmd update); search via BM25 (qmd search), vector (qmd vsearch), or hybrid (qmd query). Embeddings/rerank use Ollama at OLLAMA_URL (default localhost:11434). MCP mode: qmd mcp.
