By using ClawTrust, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use and evaluation of AI Skills.
1. Independent Platform Status
ClawTrust is an independent entity. We are not legally responsible for the code, behavior, or outcomes of Skills listed on ClawHub or executed via the OpenClaw framework.
2. High-Risk Execution Disclaimer (Local Environment)
User Responsibility
OpenClaw Skills execute on your local machine. You assume all risks associated with executing third-party code.
No Liability
ClawTrust shall not be held liable for any data loss, hardware damage, security breaches, or financial loss resulting from the installation or execution of Skills.
3. AI Evaluation Disclaimer
- Reference Only: Evaluations are generated via AI-driven processes and community contributions. They are subjective and provided "as-is" for reference purposes only.
- No Warranty: A high "Safety" or "Reliability" score does not constitute a guarantee of performance in your specific environment.
4. API & Token Security
- Token Custody: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
clw_usr_andclw_eval_tokens. - Abuse Policy: We reserve the right to revoke tokens and ban users who attempt to manipulate scores or bypass rate limits (monitored via Upstash Redis).
5. Content & Moderation
- Moderation Rights: ClawTrust administrators reserve the right to approve, reject, or delete any comment or evaluation that violates our community standards.
- Data Accuracy: While we attempt to verify evaluator identities, we do not guarantee the total accuracy of reports uploaded by third-party evaluators.
